1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and DreamWin ("DreamWin", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the DreamWin website located at dreamwin.app, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services offered therein.
By creating a DreamWin account, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are acting voluntarily and in your own name, and that you have read and accept these Terms in their entirety. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately suspended. All deposits made to such accounts will be returned where practicable, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one DreamWin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — for the purpose of collecting multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason is strictly prohibited. DreamWin reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
2.4 Registration Accuracy

Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or mobile number — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances. 3 Account Responsibilities
Your DreamWin account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. DreamWin strongly recommends using a unique password not used on other services and enabling any additional security features available on your account.
If you suspect that your DreamWin account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact DreamWin support immediately at support@dreamwin.app. DreamWin will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that result from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise make your DreamWin account available to any third party. Account access is personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer an account may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
4 Deposits and Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
DreamWin accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All amounts are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). DreamWin does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party payment sources not registered to the account holder.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on DreamWin varies by payment method and is displayed at the time of transaction. Players are responsible for reviewing minimum and maximum deposit limits before initiating a transfer. DreamWin does not accept deposits below the stated minimum, and such transactions may be returned minus any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
4.3 Currency and Processing
All transactions on DreamWin are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). Deposits made from foreign currency accounts will be subject to conversion by the payment provider before crediting to your DreamWin wallet. DreamWin is not responsible for exchange rate differences or fees applied by third-party payment processors.
DreamWin does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Verify with your payment method provider before depositing.
5 Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals from your DreamWin wallet are processed via the same payment methods available for deposits. For security purposes, DreamWin requires that withdrawals be directed to the same payment account used for your most recent deposit unless a change of payment method has been formally verified.
5.2 Processing Time
Standard DreamWin withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission on business days. Requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional verification may take longer. DreamWin VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing with faster turnaround times based on their tier level.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal
A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed in the DreamWin cashier at the time of request. Requests below the minimum will not be processed. DreamWin may charge a small processing fee on withdrawals below a defined amount; current fee schedules are displayed in the cashier.
5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

6 Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements
Most DreamWin bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirement multiples are stated clearly for each promotion. Only real-money bets on eligible games contribute to clearing wagering requirements — bonus credits used to play excluded games will not count and may result in the bonus being voided.
6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Bonus Expiry

7 Gameplay and Fair Play
All slot games on DreamWin use certified random number generator (RNG) systems provided by licensed game suppliers. RNG outputs are statistically independent — each spin outcome is completely separate from previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by any external factor. 8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on DreamWin and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with DreamWin games or betting markets in place of genuine manual play.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or take advantage of software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain.
- Using a DreamWin account for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
- Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person, a business entity, or using a fictitious identity.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring a DreamWin account or its associated login credentials to any other party.
- Engaging in collusion with other DreamWin players in games where player-vs-player dynamics affect outcomes, including live poker formats.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of accessing DreamWin from a restricted jurisdiction.
9 Responsible Gaming
DreamWin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a method for resolving debt, or a source of stress. 11 Account Suspension and Termination

Players who wish to close their DreamWin account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided no active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, DreamWin's liability to any player shall be limited to the amount held in that player's DreamWin wallet at the time the claim arises. DreamWin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.
DreamWin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of displayed jackpot figures prior to a spin result, or the fitness of any particular game for any particular purpose. The DreamWin platform is provided on an "as is" basis.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit DreamWin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by DreamWin's negligence.
13 Changes to These Terms
DreamWin may amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, DreamWin will send a notification to the registered email address or in-platform message at least seven days before the change takes effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of DreamWin after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using DreamWin and contact support to close your account and withdraw your available balance.
